Why Work With Velocity?

STRATEGIC GROWTH We Believe Passionately That Data-Driven Decision Making Is Essential To Rapid Growth

Coordinated digital growth strategies only provide an ROI multiplier if the sales team supporting it has a high close rate. Data analytics on lead count paired with revenue generated provides visibility to business owners on the “leaking holes” of their team. Interviewing the best performers then sheds light on the sales tactics necessary for maximum close rate. That’s where the sales optimization begins!

Efficiency in All Aspects

SEO, Search Engine Optimization, does not work if the landing page or website is inefficient. CTA, call-to-action, buttons ensure customers can quickly and easily contact your company. “Get a Free Quote” is one example enabling customers to immediately provide their information so your team can contact them via call, text or email. Paired with software implementation such as Lead Automation, your operation is streamlined for quickest customer response resulting in an optimized, digital-driven sales growth. Google Analytics monitoring is the last piece of the puzzle tracking the performance of these designs in order to A/B split test different themes or forms.

The next piece of the puzzle is Google Advertising Campaigns. Google Ads list your company at the top of searches, provide feedback on keywords that net the highest sales per click and guarantee new customer targeting. This is the first step towards paid advertising in a coordinated digital growth strategy. This keyword data can then drive decision-making on SEO initiatives and where to focus efforts. Why assume how new customers find you when Google Ads can provide that information for you?

Once the “ideal customer base” is determined, social media campaigns coupled with email blasts to your existing and prospective customers formulate an outbound digital strategy that dwarfs the competition.

I reached out to Velocity SEO to make refinements to my site and initially had a productive … More conversation with Thad. We discussed a plan and I shared specific ideas on the direction I wanted to go.
The first round of changes didn’t fully align with what we discussed, and some unfinished updates were made directly to the live site. After I provided feedback, we agreed to move changes to an unpublished version, and from there the team made solid structural updates that were much more in line with the original plan.
A number of the edited images had noticeable issues, lacked attention to detail, and required multiple rounds of feedback to improve. That said, after a few iterations, the overall result was much better and I was generally happy with the progress.
The main issue was communication around budget and overall process. I was never informed that we were approaching or exceeding budget during the work. This only came up during our final phone call where Thad expressed frustration, said we were already over budget, that I shouldn’t be making changes while they were, that I might need a website designer instead, and that he didn’t think I was a good fit to move forward. The tone of that conversation caught me off guard, especially since up to that point I felt things were moving in a great direction.
I can understand frustration if a project is going over budget, but that should be communicated clearly and proactively. A simple heads up that we were nearing budget and setting expectations for final changes would have gone a long way.
I can also understand that my edits may have added some frustration on their end, as they exposed a design issue on their part where a large hero image had been placed in the header instead of the body of the site, causing problems with menu navigation and making the large image appear across the site. He mentioned concern that his team may have lost a day and would need to fix it. I let him know I would handle any remaining issues myself, and it ultimately turned out to be a quick fix.
Overall, I do appreciate the improvements made to the site and was happy with where things landed, but the experience would have been much better with clearer communication and a more professional handling of the situation.

Working Thad on our website was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. You … More took our vision and turned it into something clean, professional, and built to actually bring in customers. The attention to detail, communication, and overall execution were top-notch. We’ve already seen a difference, and I couldn’t recommend you more highly.

I can't say enough positive things about Thad, Brittany and the rest of the Velocity team. … More Website design? Check. SEO management? Check. CRM and systems? Check. Thad's team rebuilt our website and immediately, without any ad spend, our lead volume jumped. When it's done the right way, it just works. Velocity does it the right way.
